How fast is your turnaround?
Standard delivery is 48 hours for video and under 24 hours for photo sets. Rush 24-hour video delivery is available for an added fee, and retainer clients get priority in the queue.
Do you film the property?
No — I'm a post-production specialist. You (or your photographer/videographer) shoot the footage and stills, send them over, and I return the finished, graded, platform-ready edit.
What formats and exports do I get?
16:9 MLS-ready masters, 9:16 vertical reels for Instagram/TikTok/Shorts, and 1:1 backups — plus 4K masters on cinematic tiers. Tell me where it's going and you'll get the right ratios.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds are included on every edit, across all packages. Most cuts are approved in the first round — the second is there to get the details exactly right. Extra rounds beyond that can be added if you need them.
Do you handle drone footage and twilight conversions?
Yes. I color-match aerial footage to ground footage, stabilize FPV one-takes, and convert flat daytime exteriors into warm day-to-dusk shots with sky replacement and relighting.
How do I send you my footage?
Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io — whatever you already use. After a quick brief I'll send a secure upload link, and you'll get review links throughout the edit.
Do you offer volume discounts or monthly plans?
Yes — volume pricing kicks in as your monthly listing count grows, and busy agents, teams and brokerages can switch to a flat monthly retainer with a dedicated editor. Tell me your volume and I'll send exact numbers.
